Refund policy

While we aim to meet your packaging needs, we understand that requirements may change. Please review our refund policy below for our terms and conditions on returns and refunds.

Cargo Packaging has a 7-day return policy.

To request a return, you have 7 days from the delivery date. For your return to be eligible, items must meet these criteria:

  • Items must be in their original condition, as received.
  • Items must be unused and undamaged.
  • All original tags and labels must remain attached.
  • Items must be in their original packaging.
  • You must provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Returns Process

To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at sales@cargopackaging.com.au. Please include your contact details and order number for faster processing. After approval, we'll send you a return shipping label and step-by-step instructions. Please note that we cannot accept any returns without prior authorisation.

 

Damages and Returns

Upon receiving your order, please inspect all products carefully. If you discover any defects or damage, or if you received incorrect items, contact us straight away. We'll assess your claim promptly and work to find a satisfactory solution.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made, personalised, and sale items cannot be returned. Please contact us if you're unsure whether your item qualifies for return.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we'll notify you whether your claim is approved. For approved claims, we'll process a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial organisation.
