Shipping policy
Cargo Packaging delivers goods using both our own vehicles and external courier services. Delivery times shown on the website may vary based on seasonal factors and other circumstances outside our control.
We strive to deliver your goods in full and on time, though unexpected delays may occur.
Orders are available for collection from our warehouse at 11-21 Forge Street, Blacktown NSW 2148, Monday to Friday until 3:00 PM.

Damages and Returns
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate your claim.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us with any questions about specific items.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your returned item. You'll then be informed if your claim is approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded through your original payment method. Please note it may take several days for the funds to appear in your account.
